Give me a shout if you get another. I process all if mine in my garage and have a system pretty down pat. We can can even shoot for a few extra deer this year and donate them to the Well.
I'd actually like to get the benefit of processing with someone who has a system. Give me a call if YOU get another, and I'll come assist. (more likely than me getting another at the rate I'm going!)

Good job! The more you do the quicker it gets. Took me a long time on my first one, I would do one part then watch dvd. So on and so on until completed. And your deer you processed will be the best tasting you ever had!
