They are out in full force. My truck and my wifes car were burglarized last night or early this morning. They stole my GPS, my kids DVD player, my Springfield XD45, and my wifes Ruger LCP. They could have taken my $250 sunglasses and the 4 child seats worth another $1000, but left them. I wish I would have been able to catch them in the act. The Knox County mobile crime lab will be here later to dust for prints. I can only hope that they are stupid enough to pawn the pistols. I hope the criminals die a slow and painful death.

They are really hitting hard right now around here. Neighbors 4 wheeler and pressure washer was stolen in broad daylight around lunch and another neighbor who does yard work, they hooked up to his trailer and took it with alot of his lawn equip. At least the police are coming out. The neighbor with teh 4x4 tells me that they would not even come out to take a report. They said 20 or more of them are stolen around here each day!!

good luck. I had my xd45 stolen and a bunch of hunting items and whatnot out of mine here in Knoxville as well. What area are you in?

My truck has been broken into several times this year at my house in Corryton. It's just a matter of time before they get ballsy enough to kick our front door in. I hit every pawn shop around for the things they stole from my truck, with no luck. I'd say the local drug supplier just got him a new XD45 and LCP from the neighborhood meth head.

Yep I looked at pawn shops etc for my stuff too as well but never had any luck. I turned the serials in for my things, but havent heard anything. That was at the start of deer season.
