I think I have the same problem...and after seeing your Pictures I think I will learn to live with it. Seriously the doctors get a little rough with these surgery's

I think I have the same problem...and after seeing your Pictures I think I will learn to live with it. Seriously the doctors get a little rough with these surgery's
AND, you are awake through about 1/2 or so of it. Don't feel much, but hear it all, especially bones crunching.
7-10 days, tubing removed which keeps duct open while healing and after that all is good.
Way better than what I endured for 7-8 years. Not to mention the "almost" wrecks and times I teared up and got popped with hand in a live circuit hvac unit testing it.
Worth it ? You dang straight !!

Wow!  Glad you got it taken care of. Hope you get better soon!
Just the beginning. Start tomorrow with leg vein procedure on right leg and left leg one week later. Those are necessary for diabetes reasons. They cause pain, not sure they cause this much though.
THEN, if no better, they will do an MRI to see what is happening in my mid section keeping me from doing much walking, bending, stooping or sleeping.
Been in pain for 3 months now and not able to work.
At least I'll be able to see better.
