I've got one about ready to go as well, but I didn't separate the bottom jaw from the skull, and I don't know whether to try and get the brain out before or after the boil.

Y'all doing it the hard way. I skin it, get the big chunks of meat off and slow roll it. Then I use a pressure washer to clean all meat off. Just remove lower nasal pieces from skull after cooking and super glue later before whitening. Take screwdriver and clean out nasal cavity and hit with p. washer ( may take 3 or 4 times) . Take a screwdriver and pop out ear canal on both sides. You can then pressure wash brains out. Just keep mouth closed I always toss lower jaw bone and pull teeth on upper. Those last molars can be pretty tough. Just keep wiggling em back and forth. If you plan to keep teeth in, use caution with P. washer. The front two teeth will be very loose and may come out when pressure washing. Again if you plan on keeping them super glue teeth around inside edges where it meets jaw bone.
