My Employer wants me to opt out of Insurance Plan

Any one else seeing the effect of Obamacare at the office? No pressure or explanation as to why they want me out, just a question at this point. I was told we are getting a 40+% increase in health care cost from our insurer even though our run rate is below the past several years.
I wish I could put into words how angry I am that any of this is necessary.

I have insurance through my wife's plan at work and for the family plan we are on,rates gone up $15 every paycheck which is every 2 weeks.

I have insurance thru my wife's job and she has not heard anything about her insurance rates for next year.
