Took a deer to the processor November 11th.
Processor called November 17th and said the meat was ready to be picked up.
I was out of town and could not pick it up til today.
It's been processed sitting in his cooler a week tomorrow.
Is the meat ok ???

It's hard to say. Wonder what the temperature has been is his cooler? Surely he wouldn't let it sit there and rot.

If his temp. is below 36, it should be fine. Above 36, I wouold be a tad leery. Also, you owe for it either way.

It'll be fine. There isn't a processor alive that would let the meat spoil in his care.
