BS. From now on, he either pays himself or walks. JMO. And if the wife doesn't agree, may be time for her to walk. Again, JMO.

Strut, that has crossed my mind. I'm just at the end of my rope on this. It's always brought up that we paid for my daughter's insurance, which was less than 100 per month, not 770. That's how much his insurance alone, my wife and mine is 130 for full coverage on 2 vehicles

Make him walk like the others said. Driving is a privilege and he has abused it by not paying attention. If he isn't working he has no need to drive. The only other option I can think of is to check at Farm Bureau and see if they will take him. They are the only one I know of that puts him as primary on his car and not on the highest costing one. If it were here and I insisted on it getting paid, stik would make me get a second job to do so. There comes a time when kids have to suffer the consequences fr their actions.

Farm bureau, is one of the ones I checked with, they don't want him. Most of the other quotes I got was between 1000 and 1300 per month.

Too risky, I guess. I hate that you are having such a problem. I'll send up some prayers for the situation.

Send prayers or a number to a good divorce attorney, I'm sure his rate is cheaper than what I pay for insurance

I bought my stepdaughter a car a few years ago. She and her mother got into an argument 3 months ago and went to live with her dads mom and dad. I went and got the car and of course who was the bad guy. My wife and i had several arguments over the vehicle. Heck, i bought it, paid the insurance and up keep. Her grandparents bought her a truck. Well she has decided she wants to move back in with us. Fine with me, no problem but i am selling the car just for the simple reason of what was said about me during this whole mess. It's going to get ugly here. Hey Creek, maybe we can find a good 2 for 1 lawyer.

No man screw that. Tell her to get out of mother hen mode and into reality mode. If not may be time to pack it up.
