Here is how we cook our bird... (this bird was done at the last Nascar race we went to at MIS).

Items Needed:
1. 10 gallon galvanized trash can. (burn off galvanize first).
2. A 15 lbs. turkey.
3. A pair of gloves.
4. Two pair of pliers.
5. A rotisserie stake w/ prong ends.
6. A 20 lbs. bag of charcoal.
7. Aluminum foil

Clear the ground:

Lay down some foil:

Add the bird (rotisserie spike to keep it up right)

Cover it with the trash can:

Add the charcoal:

Light the fire:

Here it is: Let cook for 2 ½ hours for a 15 lbs. turkey.
