I have eaten it...and about every other animal liver...but after being a field vet for a meat production company and understanding what the liver does,.....lets just say it wont be on my plate anytime soon. lol

I had a taste of some fois gras last night at Iris...it was quite good. With every bite, I knew there was a squirming hippy somewhere.

I love it. I can't make myself eat the heart, though. I take them to a lady at work for her daughter.
