Anybody have a good recipie for a smoked deer ham? I'm gonna try to smoke one tomorrow for thanksgiving... Let me know if you have tryed it.

soak it in a bottle of whorcetershire and a bottle of dales. then cover with bacon and smoke to internal temp of 160.

I'm sorry i made a mistake. 140 is sufficient tempature to cook venison.
