The deer liver thread made me think of this. Who likes it? Buddy from church brought me a pack of hot souse meat he'd got at Lay's here in knoxville. Throw it in between two slices of lite bread and some spicy mustard. Man that's good eating.

older guy i worked with some years back brought that for lunch at least once a week. Got me to try it once,its not for me
souse, crackers and hot sauce...hard to beat.

When my kids go to the store with me I always catch up with them back at the sandwich meat reading what's in the souse.

I think I could eat stuffed chitlins while sitting on a gutpile, but I can't eat souse meat. I used to help make them every fall when I was a boy.
