It's just me, I know but I can't stomach ANY liver. It is the Detroit of the body, IMO.

They are awesome, slice 'em up - I saute' bacon and onions in the skillet first - brown them up good, pull them out, then dredge the liver in flour/pepper/ and what ever else you like, then drop in the hot skillet cook 'em fast and hard - then plate with smothered in bacon and onions  ferg....
Ditto, the best liver you will ever eat.

PS: don't slice it any thicker than 5/16", don't over cook it either, it will get very tough.

They are quite good. We make dirty rice with them. Sautéed Livers and onions are also good.

I usually leave it for the yotes as well as the rest of the innards.
