Your best bet is to contact the Tennessee Division of Forestry area forester assigned to your county. That person will either know the planters or have access to a list of companies that do that type of work. They can also put you in contact with the Division's seedling orchard if you need a source of trees.

Habla espanol? The TDF immigrants that don't speak much English. They get paid by the tree, so they can cover some serious ground in a day.
How many trees are you planting? Where are you planting them? How many acres, and what spacing? what kind of trees? I might have a crew that would do it?

Wasn't pines, but when I established my CRP about 12 years ago, the local division of forestry arranged everything for me on the trees (except pay the bill). I did the work on establishing the grasses, but they dictated the trees under my contract, they sent me the order form with the quantities & species picked out, and arranged for the planting when the trees arrived. From that experience, I would assume they have a list of contacts that they could give you.
