I currently shoot a hoyt rampage xt and love it. I will probably always shoot a hoyt. But i want people opinion on bows. What is your favorite or which would you shoot between all of them, but mainly between hoyt, Matthew's, and bow tech.

The correct answer should be the bow that feels the best to you and you shoot the best—regardless of the name.

When i got mine i shot them all and all had there ups and downs i fell in love with the carbon element but didn't want to spend the money at the time. I liked the Matthews and bow tech and liked them i shot a pse for ever but wanted an upgrade. but i love my hoyt and will get the new spider this coming spring. But i was just curious what everyone out there is shooting.

I shoot A 4 year old Mathews DXT.Used to buy a new bow every year but money is not as abuntant as it once was.Would like maybe a little faster bow.I like shooting heavy arrows as fast as i can. Bow Tech was my choice for many years but when Savage bought them out it seemed like their quality when down hill. Never owned a Hoyt but hear good things about them.
Elite will be my next new bow.Simply because thats what Herndon Archery Shop sells.

I shoot a Mathews Reezen 7.0, at the time it was the best shooting bow for me. I would consider an upgrade, but there has been nothing come out by any manufacturer that is absolutely leaps and bounds above what I have that would cause me to want to drop big bucks for a minimal upgrade.

Since I started bow hunting, I've had 2 bows, both Mathews. I haven't shot another brand of bow in probably 10 years. I'll probably continue to buy Mathews bows, but I'll shoot my Monster til the cams fall off. I'm a fairly brand-loyal person.

I've had PSE, Bowtech, and Mathews. I have TONS of confidence in my Monster 7.0 and I personally think my confidence is the greatest contributor to my success when bow hunting. That being said, I have been most successful with my old PSE because I owned it the longest and became very comfortable with it.

z7 extreme. I like it pretty well. Don't care for it past 45 yards or so. But that's mainly me, not the bow.

I gotta agree with the others who said...the best bow is the one you shoot best with. Name brand should have nothing to do with it. IMO...if you buy a bow solely based on it being a particular brand and discount all the others...you are cutting yourself short....VERY SHORT...on a lot of good bows.
That being said. I hunt with an Elite Answer and will continue to do so til something better comes along. Haven't seen or shot it yet though...so it looks like it will be with me 2013 in the deer woods. For target bows...I'm still looking for one I shoot well that speaks to me. So far (spec wise) it's between an Elite Pure and Mathews Conquest 4. Haven't shot the C4 yet but the Pure was nice.

I shoot about a 10 year old High Country. I cant bring myself to go buy a new high dollar bow.
I kept on read'n just hope'n ther was another High Country fan on here, I've tried many brands since I started shoot'n back in the early 80s but after shoot'n a High Country it's like "oh yeah", my firts was a Safari that got bounced around in truck beds, dropped, shot constantly & never gave any trouble at all, none.
Matter of fact it was still in shoot'n shape when I gave it to my brother in law after I upgraded to a HC premier pro, the company has been threw some hard times but have resumed production & adding new new bows to the line up & from what I've read ther some serious shooters.
I'm hope'n I can buy a brand new bow this year (first brand new one in about 20 years) & you can bet its gonna be a High Country, and for me the big bonus is ther manufactured in Dulap Tenn. just down the mountain from me, just my way of supporting local business.

I upgraded this year from a Bear Kodiak to a Bear Carnage. Killed two this year with the Carnage. I have killed with both but now have the energy I need. Mid 80s bow doesn't compare with the new carnage. Probably won't buy another for 10 years.

I shoot a Mathews SQ2. Bought it brand new in 2001 and it is a sweet shooting bow. I have owned hoyts, pse, and bear. But when I shot this bow I had to have it. I would love to upgrade to a Helim. I shot that the other day and it was flat out awesome. Also shot the Hoyt Spider and thought it was a heck of a bow as well. I plan on upgrading soon to a newer Mathews. Just trying to save enough money to do so.

All my Bow hunting life I had shot a PSE, and seemed to like them, that was until I bought a Mathews Z7. My shooting seemed to improve, as did my confidence. I could honestly tell the diffrence in several things shooting the Mathews over the PSE bows. I will keep the Z7 for a many of seasons.

I will say that some of the past year models from several companies are better than many of the current models . The latest and greatest model isn't always the best bow for each individual shooter . Shop around , shoot a lot , and pick the bow you like based on your needs and specs.

I've had my HCA Permier Pro Series for about 12 years or so. It's sooo quiet. It may not be the fastest bow out there, but it does the job. I can't imaging shooting anything else.

I have a Mathews prestige and I love it. I wish I had waited and gotten the DXT though. That thing felt even better in my hand than the Prestige does. I will shoot the one I have until I win the lottery. I can't justify buying a new one.

Shot an HCA in 09, a Bowtech in 2010, a Bear Carnage in 2011 and changed to an Elite Answer last spring...I will never own another brand of bow other than Elite.
