This is my toys for Tots I started last year. It for the kids who have nothing, and with out help they WILL NOT Get anything for Christmas. Some of you may remember it from last year. It was alot of work but we ended up helping 50 families with close 70 children. We have so much and take for granted that some have so little. I have started taking names, sex, ages, sizes, and what children might want/need From Santa. I take no credit nor keep one dime. It all goes for the children. The gas money for delivering come from my pocket not the kids money. Anyone from Anderson County would like to give, help or know a Family in need please get in touch with me VIA Facebook. I have a web page set up for Donations. I hope to double the children we can help this year. What makes this best is seeing the kids eyes light up when they get there presents. Example I took some presents to a family of three kids that the Grandmother has custody of and the Mother had abandon them. They had nothing, the Grandmother was in her 70's on SSI with three kids under 10 years of age. They were living in a one room Shack on top of a Mountain with a smoke stack going out of the window. When I pulled up with presents in the truck the thre kid cane running out screaming like I was Santa Clause 2 of them had no shirts on and the smallest was barely out of Diapers. They were dirty and literally had no warm cloths to wear period. They all three got 2 toys a piece and 2 outfits complete from head to toe for cold weather. These kids didn't know they were poor they were just happy to get presents for Christmas it was not there fault the mother left. The smiles and laughter from those Children made my year. I will never forget it and it humbled me I realized then I would do this the rest of my life as long as I am able.
