Out of State License for Youth Question

I am trying to determine exactly what license is needed for a 13 year old youth out of state resident to hunt deer on private land in Tennessee. He has not had his hunter safety class yet.
From what I am reading he will need:
Type 85 or 86 All game License
Type 012 Apprentice License
I take it that he does not need the the Type 70 Junior/Hunt Fish License being that he will be deer hunting. Is this correct? Say that he did want to fish or hunt squirrels, etc., is he covered under the type 85 or 86?
Also if he wants to shoot a doe does he need a type 94 license for private land? This land is in unit L if that makes a difference.

No problem.
The all game license covers them for small game as well as big game.
