I could actually.... On the weekends they have parties just about every weekend night.
They disrupt my hunting beauty sleep haha

I'd bring that up too.... the noise is keeping you up on the weekends...
I can't stand nosiy-bodies.....
I'd tell the dogs in the yard are temp.... that you have put up a tarp (which you did out of kindness because you are somewhat sensitive to her feelings, and didn't have to).... and that if the complaining don't stop about the deer and she isn't willing to pay the processing fee.... the tarp comes back down and if she complains any longer, your lawyer will be in touch with her over harassment.
You hunt as do many other people.... if she don't like looking at dead deer hanging for butchering.... she can either not look or they can move to the big city where there aren't many "rednecks".

Tell her if she doesn't want to see the deer then look the other way or move.
I wouldnt bother with the tarp at this point as it just lends support to her argument.
Let the wife know you can always use her Christmas money on processing fees if that is what she wants.

i got to thinking. i bet she complains because it tempts her husband to start hunting again and the wont allow it so if she gets you to stop its less temptation
