i don't see that you've done anything wrong. at least you said you hung up a tarp. sounds like the neighbors need to mind their own business.

Ask her if she would like to pay for the processing fee if that's what she wants you to do. You're doing it to provide food for your family as well as saving on the cost of processing. I know exactly what my wife would've told her, but then again my wife grew up with a family of hunters and totally understands it.

Bring 'em over! lol
My wife just seen some guys on new shackle processing a deer in front of the apartments beside Iris Dr lol
She said they were almost done but they hung it up from the tree and processed it right beside the main road.
I need to do that...

She told my wife just a minute ago...
"It would not be so bad if he didn't have a deer every weekend day hanging when I pull into my driveway"
My brother in law and my self hunt atleast 3 times a week.
I try to fill both of my freezers so I can have deer all year long.
I will ask her if she wants to check into processing for me and then get back about complaining about me processing them.
My wife told me "Well she has a point, you clean the deer and it might sit there for a day or two before you take to dump it".
I told her it's not like it stinks and smells. It's cold enough the carcass can sit for a day and when I take it off you never knew it was there.
My wife loves hunting with me but she told me "I don't want a feud with our neighbors over some deer"
UGHH my wife is irritating me too now.

That's exactly what i'm going to tell her when i get home.
My wife is blowing my phone up while i'm (hard at work "on TNDEER") lol telling me she is complaining and we need to get the deer up and move the dog kennels so she doesn't get mad anymore.....
