for a 15 year-old from out-of-state with no hunter education, does all he need:
- non-resident 7-day junior all game (085)
- apprentice hunting license (012)
he'll be with me (over 21) to meet the regs for the apprentice license and we'll be within a private lease hunting club.

If he wants to shoot antlerless deer under the Unit L Special Season hunt he will also need the type 94 permit.

ok, so the 094 is for private land and wma, right?
If he wants to shoot antlerless deer under the Unit L Special Season hunt he will also need the type 94 permit.

ok, so the 094 is for private land and wma, right? If he wants to shoot antlerless deer under the Unit L Special Season hunt he will also need the type 94 permit.
The Type 94 covers nonquota WMA hunts and Special Season hunts. The antlerless hunt that takes place during the Unit L G/M/A season that allows 3 antlerless deer per day to be take ARE NOT part of the normal statewide season and bag limits. It is a Special Season hunt that requires a Type 94 permit for all ages of hunters.
