Take a look at the "cliff" and look where the REAL money to save us will be coming from. The "middle class". Cut the Bush Tax Cuts and the Obama Social Security Cuts on them and a large part of the problem will be solved.
Anybody think they will do it?? Don't hold your breath.
The tax cuts for the "rich" will only bring in $40 Billion while the people making "less" than $250,000 will bring in $174 Billion. Ending Obama's Social Security Cuts brings in another $100 Billion.
So between those two the ending the "middle class" cuts will be bringing in $274 Billion to the "rich's" $40 Billion.
Hey, someone is behind on his house payments and needs to catch up. He can cut out going out to the movies and save $40 a month or he can cut out the new bass boat he bought and use the payments toward the house payments. Which one do you think is going to save his house?????

That tax increase won't pay the interest on 16 trillion. I've heard all of my life that a country can't tax itself into prosperity. The day will come when the checks stop. Then we'll get a chance to see the urban dwellers eat each other alive.

Bush tax cuts will expire and everone's taxes will go up. Barry and his dem borgs will blame House Pubs for "hurting" the middle class.
Spend and raise taxes go hand in hand.......like peas and carrots.

The communist democrats won't let that happen. I expect that within the next 4 years there'll be a move by the government to seize our 401's and IRA's and in turn give us a "retirement option". This will more "fairness" as the Obamunists say.
