After a ruff bow season finally connected....with rifle. I actually gave this guy 2 passes....he was nose'n 'round a doe's path....came back out and crossed the field a third time and stopped at 80 yards...that was just stoopid....big bodied feller....meat in the freezer...i am happy. Savage .243 Frankenrifle pushin 90gr Nosler B/T's HARD (pretty purple tips)made mushyness outa most of the important stuff...ran dead for 30 yards then slide 20 yards down embankment to bottom of the holler. Field dressed at 152lbs...i knew there was a reason i talked my bride into letting me buy a 4wheeler.
