Is that Williams meet processing? I saw them on the list for Hunters for the Hungry. Had thought about taking them some 'til I lost my honey hole.

I love processing my own deer. I get the most meat out of my deer and it doesn't take very long once you get the hang of it.

Same here. I like to remove the back straps first so I keep nice long back straps, then I cut the deer up completely on table.

In January, I am thinking of starting a TN Deer pledge drive for members to commit to doing their own butchering for the 2013 season. What do y'all think?

We've only killed 4 deer ever. We've processed them all ourselves with help / videos from the internet. Getting easier and quicker as we go. Never considered taking to a processor. All it takes is time.
