I keep hearing about some dude named Alex Jones. Catch little clips here and there.

Anybody follow this cat?
He has a theory that our country has been taken over by political elite in cahoots with the FED and giant international banks.
Not sure if he is off his rocker or onto something.
The incomprehensible policies that our Federal govt has been prosecuting against its citizens the past 20+ years start to make a lot more sense if you view it from that context.

I used to write him off as a lunatic......then , he stated making sense and his predictions and info started panning out to be true. Whatever your opinion of him is, he makes you think.

Same here.
I have a hard time with his 9/11 theories and his take on Israel, but most of his "watchdog" views are spot on.

So....
Why on earth would ANY member of congress go along with the reckless spending when it is obvious to anyone smart enough to balance a checkbook that the party is going to end....abruptly and painfully.
Just for a minute drop the assumption that congress has any intention of following the law, the constitution, or doing what is best for the American people.
There is NO way to save our republic by continuing to overspend, over tax, run business out of the country, and allow the FED to impoverish the country with funny money.
So why is congress so terrified to do the right thing?
Yesterday after a LOT of consideration, I have come to the conclusion that our Federal government has indeed been corrupted, conquered, co-opted, and otherwise infiltrated with criminals. Yes there are a few good people in there who try and do what is right. BUT when the vast majority are either taking part in the looting, or being coerced into cooperating..... Not much you can do.
Having Stripped the patriotic vision of our government away, what is left appears to be a collection of greedy mafia like clowns in banker and lawyer suits.
I don't know about Alex Jones' conspiracy theory regarding the new world order, UN, and globalists, but if you view congress as the cast from the Sopranos instead of the Founding Fathers, their actions make a lot more sense.
