Man you should see the looks I get from some guys at work when I tell them I made some jerky out of backstrap.

I made mine out of backstrap and it was best back strap I've ever had.

I eat the tenderloins.........I use this ole tough meat for my jerky, lol. This stuff turned out great, almost tastes like BACON!!
