Unions are selfish, greedy, business closers  read the article! hostess has cut and cut on these people for the past 10 years.
I don't have to read diddly to understand the math, the greed and the job loss caused by unions, however I did read it.. Is it your belief that, regardless of Profit, the employees should make ample $?? It's not my belief. My belief is that the Business comes 1st and as employees, we choose to stay or go based on whatever they are offering versus our own needs.

I'm sure they have made some cuts. Many people in the private sector also have had to make those cuts. Good luck finding another job. Remember you worked at a bakery. Not trying to downsize people, but that isn't a skillset that companies are looking for. I had to take a rate cut, haven't had a raise in 4 years, Obama has really hurt. And his higher taxes will not help matters either.

Sorry but I have to ask.... Do you believe that as an employee you should matter more than the business?
Without a business, employees are unnecessary SO what's important, moulding a business to suit employees or, keeping a business profitable so they can offer jobs?

It boils down to the principle that we as employees are there to provide for the company. The company is not in business to provide for employees. The sense of entitlement in this country blows my mind.
