In the woods a day early ?

If I plan on hunting Saturday morning but, the place I am going to hunt takes along time to get to....am I allowed to go in a day early? It's TVA land and I will be spending the night there but, with a rifle! Any legal issues?

There are several potential legal issues. I would recommend giving the local officer a call and discussing it with him/her so there are no unpleasant surprises.

Thanks scn....It use to not be a problem when they had a week between M/L season and the opening of rifle season.
