I used to wash my hunting clothes frequently.

Now I wash them, let them air dry and let them hang outside after a few hunts.

I literally spray them down with Scent Killer until they are wet and hang them outside to dry and put them back in my scent free bag.

How often yall wash your hunting clothes?

My hunting location is at the top of a big ridge, and is very hard to get to without working up a good sweat. (And yes, I'm in good shape. Other folks refuse to hunt with me on the farm!)
So the clothes get tossed in the washer when I get home.
With the temps in the 30s in the morning, not as bad of an problem.

First layer, after every hunt. Second layer, every other hunt unless I get sweaty. Outer jackets or coats get washed every two or three hunts. Gloves, hats, facesmasks, socks, and so forth get washed every time.

After every few hunts, depending on how dirty or sweaty they get. I wash my under layers every time but camo, not as often. I just washed everything last night and gave a dose of scent away and a perforated bag full of fresh dead leaves and cedar, just for the heck of it. Because tomorrow I will be hunting a rub line of a most likely mature buck, and although its not far from a residential area, I still want to cover some of my scent.

1 time every 2 weeks.i don't buy into the whole "scent" marketing scam.I just hunt the wind, but I do use the scent away laundry detergent, just because I don't like my hunting cloths smelling like flowers..LOL
