The one in Bartlett used to serve a really good baked potato salad. Its a Sysco product and isn't cheap. Not sure if they still serve it, but I know the other locations didn't have it.

The potato salad at Wolfchase was St Clair's item distributed by Sysco and no they don't have that brand anymore. They also had a mild batter but they stopped carrying it also. They do have different desserts than the other locaions. They have really good strawberry cake with chocklate fudge icing.
A common criticism seems to be their sides. Lots of reviews say skip the sides except for the appetizers, the fried pickles and green tomatoes are supposed to be good. I'll let ya know this afternoon.
The last time I ate in the original, it was still stale "light bread" and crappy Walmart bucket slaw.
Its still stale light bread and crappy Walmart bucket slaw. Had it like 5 weeks ago. Gus in Mason is the batter dispenser. When you open up a "franchise" you get everything except for the batter recipe. Gus's in Mason takes the order for how much batter you will need for however long I forgot what I was told. Anyways you get this batter and you won't get anymore until the next time he makes it. So basically you get screwed and Gus makes money hand over fist.
