Gun Hunting Permit/License Question

Just double checking so I purchase the proper permits.
I hunt in Unit L, so to rifle hunt I need a gun license and if I want to shoot does, I need to purchase a Type 94 permit? The Type 94 permit, allows 3 does, just like the earlier seasons?
I think that I got it figured out, but just want to make sure, before the weekend.

Now I have very limited phone service from the woods. I also should have the chance to shoot more than 1 doe per sitting. Would it be best and legal for me to print off a few temporary kill tags? Or do I need to register each deer before killing the next, like in Wisconsin?

You use one temporary tag to invalidate and check out the whole day's kill at the end of the day. they are checked out separately, but only require one invalidated tag. They must be checked out before the end of that calendar day.

ok now im confused. During rifle you can take 3 doe anytime during the season with the 094?
I was under the impression during rifle you could only take doe during the special hunt weeks?
Have I been mislead?
