I don't seem to enjoy pm hunts due to all the things that can go wrong if I shoot I just feel pressured more in the pm especially when I have to work the next day but that's just me
I'm with you. I much prefer to hunt and kill a deer in the morning.

Without a doubt evenings. All of my biggest bucks were killed right near last light. Deer sightings in general are much higher during late afternoon to early evening. Morning hunts are ok but nothing like the afternoons.
I've been hunting all morning and only seen 8 deer. 2 bucks, the better of the 2 was a 120 8 pointer. He'll be a good one in a couple years, 2.5 yo right now.

I do better in the morning... but now I notice I will give up an evening hunt because of this. Now I don't hunt as many evenings and this may be contributing.
