FYI, real ramen from japan and china is actually very good. They use a rice noodle and hot chicken broth flavored with garlic, onion, and ginger.

I use them in homeade soup as a filler,seasoning packet also.

Used to eat them all the time years ago. Now, after eating one I am tasting it for several hours later. I guess its time to hang them up for good now.

Add some cooked chicken to them while you fix them, it's pretty good !

I lived off them through college, so I can eat them every now and again, but not too often.
