Heck mine will run faster than that in first gear. I don't see why three wheeled vehicles are legal and four not.

My old Yamaha 660 Rhino will do about 43 and smooth. Heck i would love to drive it to work.

Almost all manufactures make them, there is no need to modify them. They are pre approved to meet the government requirements.

Yeah I'd love to be able to drive mine around town. I know it would do over 80, I've never been able to top it out while racing it yet. It's got a full blown race motor and will fly

use to have a trooper that lived across from us that never bothered us. heck he done it too, even seen his 5 or 6yr old follow behind him on his from time to time. it took me longer to hook up and load my trailer then it did to hop on the 4whlr and just ride to our lease. (1 mile from driveway to gate) was told by a buddy thats friends with him that he didnt care as long as you werent out actin stupid. that bein said my foreman will top out at 47 lol

I ride my Rancher on the road sometimes when i feel like getting out and just taking a ride around the countryside. Its not legal, but i figure if thats the worst thing i do in life than im doing pretty good.
