Looking for thoughts and opinions here. The new hog regulations let guys trap, bait and spotlight. For a animal that roots up some soil. What about the man raising 200 registered head of beef and sells his calves for a living? You lose a calf to coyotes and that's 1000.00 gone per calf. What is wrong with setting out say.....100 baited treble hooks or spotlighting coyotes?

Really? !? We take a few well organized "rich" crop growing farmers and team them up with Farm Bureau and get Legislation changed to erraticate the hogs. But when it comes to a KILLING PREDATOR no one speaks?

Get a trapper in. Somebody who knows what they are doing.
When we get moved out to the farm, I am going to trap the snot out of the yotes. There are 2 LARGE packs that harass the livestock and need killed back.
There is a report of a super yote or wolf in the area too.

Should be easy to find a good trapper. They don't charge, they want the pelts.
