Wow that was easy enough. And it was nasty in there. Not just dirty but a sticky kind of dirty. It cycles a lot better now. Ran ten different ones through and only marked up one this time but not enough to pull a shaving that I could find... so I'd say if I really get in there and clean that bolt out good it might just do the trick...thank you so much for your help, W C!

You're welcome. Now.....Don't overlube it when you put it back together. Just VERY lightly rub a little oil on a rag and wipe it. Lots of oil attracts lots of dirt.

JA, you got access to a sonic cleaner? Sounds to me like you need to rig up a stand and dangle that action (bolt and trigger while you are at it) and let that sonic clean 'er up. No Sonic or won't fit? Get some dawn dish soap, squeeze the juice out of a lemon (strain it please) and water enough in a cut down 2-liter plastic soda bottle. Shake Shake Shake Shake Shake Shake Shake Shake Shake Shake Shake You get the idea. let it set for at least 30 mins, shake frequently. Blow dry quick with whatever you got, a compressor works good. Now, lube as stated above.
