Shot a buck today with the 200gr shockwave and 2 fifty gr 777pellets .Shot was about 30 yards or so. Had a complete pass through. Entry was in the shoulder and looked small like maybe the diameter of a pencil.There was some pretty good bruising around it so likely the muscle closed back up. The exit was middle of the rib cage on the opposite side and a little bigger than a quarter. Lo ts of damage on the inside. He ran about 15-20 yards and went down dead. Lots of blood to follow if it had been needed.I would say I'm pretty happy with this powder bullet combo .

sounds perfect. The 200gr SW has a better track record than the 250gr version.

I love the 200 grain Shockwaves ! They are great coming out of my Encore.....

I've shot several deer with a .490 patched ball, and that weighs less than 200 grs.
