Under this broad interpretation of civil-rights law, virtually any organization can be held liable for race bias if it maintains a policy that negatively impacts one racial group more than another — even if it has no racist motive and applies the policy evenly across all groups.
This means that even race-neutral rules for mortgage underwriting and consumer credit scoring potentially can be deemed racist if prosecutors can produce statistics showing they tend to result in adverse outcomes for blacks or Latinos.

This is what caused the collapse in 2008. Giving loans to people based on the community they lived in not on credit worthyness.

So an all black NBA team can be held liable? Can UT's all black worst in school history defense now be integrated? Why is it our military, schools, and private businesses are held liable and not sports teams?

Well they see but do not understand , these young people will live long enough to see much more they will not like but they voted for it and wanted change from our old white way of thinking.
