Is it ok to check a deer in on-line with your i-phone? You cant print, but u can take a pic of the number they issue you and keep it for your records. Anybody?

It is fine to check it in that way however you'll need to tranfer that information to temporary and permanent kill tags. You can pre-print blank tags prior to your hunt.

Please tell me if I understand this right, I kill a deer and fill out my temporary kill tag as usual and check the deer in from my phone via the internet, then fill out a permanent kill tag using the transaction number from the internet check-in, at this time I must also partially fill out another temporary kill tag for my next kill which includes the transaction number from the permanent tag of the current kill?

Close, but not 100 per cent.
First, you can check in all of one calendar day's. kill after invalidating one temporary kill tag. You don't have to do it for each kill unless you want to. And without having one in hand, I'm pretty sure it is your TWRA ID number that goes on the next temp. Tag and not the transaction number.
