killed a big doe the other day and as dragging her out i noticed some yellowish stuff at the rear and she stunk like a old goat didnt think much of it ,,well when i got her hung up and started to skin her i noticed the source of the yellowish fluid,,, it was coming out of the muscles of the hind quarters and alot of it ,, you can squeeze the hind quarter and the stuff would come out ! iam scared to eat it ! ive skinned a bunch of deer in my life but have never seen something like this ,,, antbody ever seen this before ?

Swollen glands. It means that she was sick/ had an infection. Was it around the shoulders, too?
The meat would probably be ok to seat, but best not to.

other than that she looked normal was a big mature doe ,,, i hate that i killed her and iam not gonna be able to use the meat

no it wasnt around the front shoulders or anywhere else except both hind quarters

See if she has a bullet stuck in the hams. I know it is gross, but she may have been shot with a .22 in the hindquarters or something.
It sounds like a secondary infection, and I would not eat it. The rest of the meat should be OK.

Whatever hole the puss was running out of would have been the wound tract. The muscles are wrapped in fascia and stuff would not be leaking out unless there was a hole in it.
