I like the safety on my Mauser.
I hate the safety on my Savage.
I hate the safety on my Remington MORE.

I am a big fan of the 3 position model 70 style safety. I have 2 model 70s, 2 Kimbers, and a Ruger with that style safety. I dislike the Remington safety.

I am a big fan of the 3 position model 70 style safety. Me too. Second to that is the tang style safety on a Browning A-Bolt, Savage, some Rugers etc. I don't mind the Remington safety but there are times when its not very convenient.

I grew up shooting a side by side shotgun, s I always favored the tang safety. Love it on my A Bolt.

I'm a A-bolt Browning junkie but I think the winchester style 3-position is the way to go.
