Was talking to Alloutdoors the other day.He has had pears and apples on the ground since Juvy, not getting eaten.
Is this normal?Maybe something else has their attention?

No continuity in fruit use from year to year. Some years the fruit gets pounded regardless of acorn, browse, or crop availability. I just don't understand it. On my farm in 2008 or 09 the persimmons rotted on the ground. Have not seen that before or since.

I dont know, anything I have gets eaten as soon as it falls or right off the tree. My parents just bought a new farm and under the older apple trees on it it looks like a pig pen with so much deer sign.
