As much as I am against aborations some time i wonder if we did pay for them rather then keep the generations on the payroll.

Or better yet legalize MJ and then make it part of the welfare program and lace it with a sterilization drug. If the repulicans come up with that then they could get the votes because free drugs beats free food anytime
