The more i think about it, the more it would make sense he exposed himself and told them F#% you, and he going to spill the beans libya.
Thier only reson if he refused would be a revenge thing only, he still be spilling the beans on them, and that only make him more inraged to do so.
This could get REAL INTERESTING

Now he does not have to testify in the congressional committee investigating Bengazi. In fact Fox says his name is no longer on the witness list...as Arty Johson used to say - VERY INTERESTING...
His only problem was he held two or three important jobs over the last 10 years, ANY of them he would be compromising himself. Back durning the cold war is was nothing for the KGB to set up high office American officals witrh women and sometimes men then use it against them to spell the beans.
