Anybody know a good way to get a phone # (Cell)?
I have the full name of the landowner and even an address, but its a P.O. box and they dont live on the property in question. Ive already tried local information for a landline # but none exist in their name?

no idea really. on courthouse system it will show the address of owner. that's about all you could do. most of the deeds just have the owner's address to mail the tax notices to. maybe try a certified letter to the owner's address?

There is no good way to look up cell phone numbers. I would just send a letter.

Also, do a search on his name for other properties he owns. Should find an address for his actual residence.

I just try to google their name and where they live. Sometimes you get lucky and their number will be on the web. About a 50/50 chance you'll find it
