I think the most alarming aspect of this non-story is how much of what we do in our own home is data collected and analyzed.
Google is one evil arse company and your life is their research and marketable asset.

I liked Bing and tried to use it for about 6 months. I just started having "Blank stare" problems.
I'd do a search and it would just process and process and process.
I got sick of it and went to Yahoo (which I like only slightly better than google)
