Shipping rifle barrels?

If I were to sell a rifle barrel, would I have to ship it to a FFL near the buyer or could I sent it directly to their door since its just the barrel?

The FFL requirement is for serialized items such as the action. Stocks, barrels, triggers are not under the requirement.
