I really saw Ephesians in action in real life. I knew a lady who was married to a great guy and she let him make all the sifnificant decisions. He died suddenly when quite young and after some time she remarried. In her second marraige she was not the same. She was heavily involved in all the decision making. A lot of people didnt understand but watching them it was crystal clear to me. Her first husband read and lived the whole passage. When he made any decision he thought first of her and their daughter and very little of self. Her second was more like most of us with self a much bigger factor.
