If you pick a item off the pay it forward thread you simply have to add an item you no longer use/need for another member to get.

i feel that the sender of the item covers it. because once you list your item to pay forward it will most likely it will be shipped.

here are some basic rules that i have seen on other pay it forward threads
Post in a seperate thread. Either Giving or Taking
When you take an item, give an item(s) of equal value (or greater)
Respect the other members here. Don't jump in and take something, then say "I'll see what I can come up with." Be ready for the transaction.
If you have something laying about that fits here...pay it forward. Someone may need it. You don't have to take to GIVE
Keep your thread current. Go back and add "Taken" or "Gone" to the title.
Be Fair, be courtious. In the sprit of the forum running smoothly please advise the sender when the item arrives. Advise the receiver when it ships.
Don't advertise for a "free" item here! If you are wanting something, put an ad in the classifieds
