I need to get a replacement card in order to get an out
of state lisence. What is the fastest way of doing this?

I called TWRA and had one within 10 days mailed to me.

If you go to tnwildlife.org, and go to the section to buy a license online, there is an option to reprint some licenses. I am pretty sure that your hunters saftey card is one of the options. You should be able to print it yourself, or have them send you one.

I am so old Colorado did not even make me show a hunter safety card
I guess when you have been hunting all your life and that hunted started back in the 1950s when every deer seen was talked about for weeks it helps you understand safety and hunting .

Your hunter safety should show on your current license. If it doesn't call TWRA and they will verify that you took the course. If you did they may have to import the information into the new system and will mail you a new license. Speaking from experience here...
