All are adult hens, can't tell how old a hen is by looking at her.

Yep, bearded hen. And the longest beard I've ever seen on a hen. Most bearded hens have 6 or 7 inch beards. That one may be 8 or 9. They look longer on hens because the bird is so much smaller.
