I believe I would wear my orange even if I were exempt.
I always make sure to remove it before I go back into town. (I wouldn't want anyone to think I was a UT fan.)

I wear it on my own land when MZ and Gun is in season. I have walked up on too many trespassers to take a chance not being seen.
Same here i wear mine to the stand and then take it off. Then when before i get out of my stand i put it back on. and i have been shot at while having my blaze orange on too. I'm glad they missed or i wouldn't be here today.

Deer don't seem to key in on it anymore than any other color. If you are a wiggle worm they are going to see you no matter what you are wearing.

I always wear it on my own land to and from the stand. Remove it in the stand.

I wear it on our own property. I'm not taking unnecessary chances.
Also, I hunt mostly from a ground blind. I always hang my orange vest on a limb or wrap it around a tree before I enter the blind.

if im on my land i wear it any time im moving if im in my stand its hanging on my stand.
